4. Donations and Payments

a. Donation Process

Donations made through the Platform are processed by third-party payment processors. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method for donations.

We do not charge any transaction or platform fees from donors. The full amount of each donation made through the Platform is directed to the designated charitable organization without any deduction by Wedding Give. Any administrative deductions, if applicable, are determined solely by the respective charities in accordance with their internal policies.

Wedding Give partners with verified charities. We reserve the right to approve or reject charities for inclusion on the Platform. We are not responsible for the actions or policies of charities receiving donations through the Platform.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post on the Platform (e.g., campaign descriptions, comments). By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non- exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display such content in connection with operating the Platform.

You represent and warrant that your content:

Does not infringe on third-party rights (e.g., copyrights, trademarks).
Complies with applicable laws of the country and these Terms.
